Ron and Pat Albiero are celebrating 44 years in business and are thankful for the support of the community and the loyalty of their customers and employees. Moving forward, and continuing to serve their valued customers, Ron Albiero Heating & A/C Inc has resided in a 12,000 square foot office/shop at 2185 Stonebridge Circle for more than 15 years.

Ron Albiero employs 8 technicians and 4 office personnel, providing 24/7 emergency service. In 1981, Reissmann Electric was purchased and continues to expand. His newest division, AAR Plumbing (established in 2004), enables us to provide a "one-stop shop."

Now for the rest of the story... Ron Albiero has been married to Pat for 50 years. They met in college at N Michigan University and wed shortly after graduation. Pat is a former West Bend kindergarten teacher and fills in wherever needed at the shop. Ron is also the proud father of three successful daughters. Katie, a graduate of St. Norbert College is married to Craig Carlton and they have three wonderful children. Bridget is a graduate of U.W. Madison and married to Patrick Kelsch, pursuing their business careers in Chicago. Kim is a graduate of M.S.O.E. with a degree in IT. All three girls are graduates of St. Frances Cabrini School as well as West Bend West High School.

Ron’s other passions are Habitat for Humanity and The Threshold, he also is a member of the West Bend Chamber of Commerce and WBEDC (West Bend Economical Development Committee). Ron helps locate available properties for Habitat for Humanity and lines up his employees to volunteer their expertise in heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical. Helping people help themselves is what Ron Albiero is all about!

Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity believes that every man, woman and child should have a decent, safe and affordable place to live. We build and repair houses all over the world using volunteer labor and donations. Our partner families purchase these houses through no-profit, no-interest mortgage loans or innovative financing methods.

The Threshold Incorporated

The Threshold Incorporated is a not-for-profit organization that provides community rehabilitation services to children and adults in Washington County, WI, and surrounding areas. Our central mission is to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives through the provision of services that promote employability, independence and full community inclusion.

Heat U.P. Wisconsin: Neighbors helping neighbors

The Heat U.P Wisconsin program has been an important project for Ron Albiero for many years. The program allows people who are in need of a helping hand to get a new high-efficiency Lennox furnace to improve their homes and their lives. Not any heating contractor can be a part of this program and Ron is proud to be one of the few chosen by Lennox to participate in the program.
